If you are a Premium user, you can see detailed stats per subscriber by going to the MailPoet > Subscribers page and clicking the Statistics link for the subscriber you want to check:
Overview
The subscriber statistics page shows overall engagement rates for Opened, Clicked, and Not opened within three time periods: the last 30 days, the last 12 months, and lifetime.
If you are using WooCommerce, you will also see Orders created, Total revenue, and Average revenue. These figures represent transactions made after a subscriber clicks a link in a newsletter or other MailPoet email. This means the sales data shown is directly connected to MailPoet’s email campaigns and does not reflect the subscriber’s overall WooCommerce purchase history.
Activity Feed
Below the overview, the Activity tab shows a chronological list of the subscriber’s email interactions, including which emails were opened, which links were clicked, any purchases attributed to email campaigns, and unsubscriptions from lists.
Filtering the Activity Feed
You can narrow down the activity feed using two filters available in the toolbar above the listing:
- Event type — filter the feed to show only a specific type of activity. The available options are:
- Open — emails the subscriber opened
- Click — links the subscriber clicked
- Purchase — WooCommerce orders attributed to email campaigns (requires WooCommerce)
- Unsubscribe — lists the subscriber unsubscribed from
When no event type filter is applied, all activity types are shown together.
- Date range — limit the feed to activity within a specific time period. You can choose:
- Before a specific date
- After a specific date
- Between two dates
You can combine both filters. For example, you can filter to show only clicks that occurred between two specific dates.
Sorting
You can sort the activity feed by date or by event type using the column headers. By default, the most recent activity appears first.
