1. Is there a limit of lists I can create?

No. Create as many as you like.

2. I'm sending an email to 2 lists at once. Will subscribers get my email twice if they're on both lists?

No, they will only get 1 email. MailPoet doesn't send duplicates.

3. How is the 1,000 subscriber limit for the free plan calculated?

Only subscribers with the status of Subscribed, Unconfirmed and Inactive (filters in MailPoet) will be counted regardless of the number of lists you have.

4. Can I import my lists?

Yes, we have a smart import tool for that. Review our checklist before importing so you're starting on the right foot.

5. Can I export my lists?

Yes, of course.
