The MailPoet Sending Service can have a temporary outage or global deliverability issues.
This happens very rarely, but in the case it does, here’s what you can do.
What users can do:

- Wait for the issue to be solved and then send the emails. Our support team can inform you if such an issue is taking place;

Temporarily send with your host. Go to Settings > Advanced > Send with…, and chose “Other” instead of “MailPoet”. Stay on this sending method until the issue is fixed.

If you want to resend a previously sent email, we suggest using the Segment feature (Premium) to only send the new email to subscribers that didn’t open the first email. Please refer to our
Guide to Subscriber Segmentation;
